Based out of The Woodlands, Texas, Jeff has served as President of Winchester & Western since January 31, 2016. Previously, Jeff worked for BNSF Railway and predecessors for 20 years, where he started his career as a brakeman, locomotive engineer and held a variety of management positions in the operations department. He holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas. In his spare time he plays competitive softball and basketball. 
DOUG LONGGeneral Manager, Operations
Based in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Doug has served as the Operations Manager of Winchester & Western since May 1, 2011, and General Manager of Operations since Feb 2016. Previously, Doug spent 35 years with CSX RailRoad where he started his career as a trackman, fireman, locomotive engineer, and yardmaster. He has held a multitude of positions with increasing responsibility over the years.
SCOTT PRESTONChief Executive Officer
Scott Preston has over 20 years of leadership experience in the supply chain industry. He has held senior leadership positions in multiple industries including chemicals, mining, food and ingredients. Mr. Preston graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Transportation Distribution Management and Operations Management. He received an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University Babcock Business School. Mr. Preston is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) by the American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) and has obtained MCIPS certification from the U.K. Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). Scott is Six Sigma Green Belt certified by Motorola University. He is a frequent speaker at global conferences.
